The topic focus of this conversation will be: Skills-Based Job Postings and Job Descriptions (the progress\, process\, and supports). \nThe purpose of the Skills First Talent Forum is to convene employers who are interested in and/or actively implementing skills-based talent strategies within their organizations. This peer-to-peer employer group is intended to meet on a quarterly basis following the direction and needs of the employers who participate. The goals identified by initial employer participants included: \n\nDevelop and Share Best Practices\nPromote Skills-Based Hiring Practices\nFoster Collaboration and Networking\nSupport Continuous Learning and Development\n\nWe kindly ask everyone who registers and attends this virtual meeting to join with their “employer hat” on\, as all organizations are employers and can reflect on their own approach to talent attraction\, development\, and retention. \nThe meeting will not be recorded.
