In 2019\, the program expanded to include high school students. \nThe Employment Aid Readiness Network (EARN) Indiana program is available to employers that offer high-quality work-based learning experiences and hire an eligible Indiana high school or college student. Employers can be reimbursed up to 50% of the student’s wages for a qualifying experience\, and can receive up to $45\,000 per fiscal year! The Institute’s team will walk attendees through connecting to the Work and Learn Indiana platform\, how to post internships\, connect with students\, and submit hours for reimbursement. \nRegister here.
