Institute for Workforce Excellence Supports TPM Academy® of Indiana Graduates at National Summit

TPM Academy of Indiana graduates at the TPM National Learning Network Summit in Washington, D.C.
The Institute for Workforce Excellence (IWE) was proud to partner with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education to support graduates of the TPM Academy® of Indiana at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s TPM National Learning Network Summit.
The summit brought together workforce, education, economic development, and industry leaders from across the country to share best practices and innovative approaches to employer-led talent pipeline development. Indiana was well represented by a delegation of TPM practitioners who have been applying the Talent Pipeline Management® framework to better align education and workforce systems with the needs of employers.
Throughout the summit, Academy graduates had the opportunity to engage with national experts, learn from successful talent pipeline initiatives, and explore strategies for strengthening employer collaboratives, addressing workforce shortages, and improving talent outcomes. The event also provided valuable networking opportunities with TPM practitioners from across the nation, allowing Indiana leaders to exchange ideas and bring back actionable insights to their regions and industries.
As we look ahead, the Institute remains committed to expanding TPM® efforts throughout the state and supporting the next generation of workforce leaders and partners who are working to meet Indiana’s evolving talent needs.
