Talent Pipeline Management
Build high-performing talent pipelines aligned to dynamic business needs.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Talent Pipeline Management® initiative is an employer-led effort to close the skills gap by applying lessons learned from supply chain management to its education and workforce partnerships.
The TPM initiative is a compilation of strategies that are meant to arm the employer community with a process to actively manage their skills gap challenges based on the underlying assumption that the employer must organize itself around new and innovative talent solutions.
The TPM Academy of Indiana was created with four goals:
- Foster a community of practice to enhance employer engagement in talent development.
- Align outcomes with other statewide talent development initiatives.
- Ensure education and training programs meet employer workforce needs through structured input and feedback (demand signal).
- Support employers in co-creating talent and navigating complex workforce and education systems.

TPM Academy of Indiana
