Indiana Chamber Launches Second TPM Academy® to Advance Employer-Led Workforce Strategies Statewide

(INDIANAPOLIS) — The Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Workforce Excellence has launched a second U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy®, convening more than 35 leaders in workforce, education, economic development and industry to help employers better define in-demand jobs and the skills needed to fill them. 2025 Program Year Summary

In 2025, the Institute for Workforce Excellence continued to advance work-based learning and employer talent strategy across Indiana, achieving significant growth through our flagship initiative, Work and Learn Indiana (WLI). This year, more than 460 new employers joined the platform—and over 4,500 new students engaged with the system to access meaningful experiential learning opportunities. The Institute is continuing to partner with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education to help administer the state’s Employment Aid Readiness Network (EARN) Indiana funds.
